Wells) was as good an experience as we could have hoped for. The condo we rented at River City was clean, had everything you would need for an extended stay, and the views of the river were stunning, day and night. The architecture of the building itself is something to experience. The staff at River City and Elite were extremely courteous and available to answer all our questions. "The condo is beautiful. Surprises like the whirlpool tub and shower with multiple heads were met with great enthusiasm. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see. We loved the view. The only draw back - we didn't get to use the heated pool. "This is an amazing home. Everything was as published. The photos don't do it justice. Tastefully decorated, it more than met our needs and expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 11 including 4 grandbabies. The neighborhood was very nice and, with easy access,just a few minutes from downtown. The owner is very gracious and accommodating. We would do it again in a heartbeat!"

"I highly recommend this house and the owner. The house is very nicely furnished with all modern conveniences and is very conveniently located. The owner and his sister were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions about the property, neighborhood, etc. We had ample space for our two families (four adults, three kids and two toddlers). The neighborhood seemed safe---we had no cause for concern. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5: We were there over the 4th of July weekend. The night of Fri July 4 was very loud because of fireworks all around us that went past midnight. The night of Sat July 5 was better in terms of fireworks but the residents two houses down decided to have a party with live amplified music. The party ran until after 12.30am. Neither night was good for our toddlers. Our third night (Sun July 6) was nice and quiet--everybody got a good night's rest."
